
July 13-DAY 2:
Walked/Ran on treadmill for 35 minutes. Went 1.89 miles. Walking back up the huge hill to our house after was a killer. Was STARVING for lunch...ate Chipotle *yum*. Walked around Lake Sammamish (though not in a speedy, excercising kind of way) in the afternoon. Limited myself to 1 glass of wine. First two days have been pretty easy, especially since its been the weekend. Tomorrow we'll see how it goes during the work week. Cheers.
