30 Minutes for 30 Days: DAY 3

July 14-DAY 3
Drank my water, ate reasonably and did 35 min on the treadmill (2.14 mi). Tried some new organic fat free frozen yougurt that was actually good. Was ready for bed by 9, but feel fairly awake today. So far, water totally makes me feel fuller faster. Yay water.
